Greg Ching
Software & Technology OEM Sales, Sun Microsystems
Greg has a BS in Computer Engineering from Stanford University and has
been using e-mail since the late 70's. He currently works as a Java (TM)
OEM Account Manager for Sun Microsystems where he's been in software sales
for the last decade. Prior to Sun, worked in technical support at ParcPlace
Systems and developed software for DAVID Systems.
Rick Cobb
Business Technology Group, Inc.
Rick has been implementing business information systems since 1985, including programming, systems analysis, end user training, project
management, sales, and business consulting positions for Systems Design, Rocky Mountain Systems Integration, and Information Systems Group. Rick is
both a Certified Product Trainer and a Certified Instructor for the ACCPAC Source Products family. He holds BS degrees in Mathematics,
Psychology, and Education, as well as MS work in Computer Science - Software Engineering.
Allen R. Gordon, Ph.D.
Senior Software Engineer CableLabs
Allen has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a PhD
in physiology from Thomas Jefferson University. He was a principle investigatorfor the NIH for several
years and was a professor at the University of South Alabama School of Medicine for a number of years.
After leaving the medical school enviroment, he pursued a second career in software development at
the University of Colorado in Boulder and several small companies in the Boulder
area. He was a software engineer for couple of years on the west coast working
on operating system development for advanced digital cable settop boxes. He
continues to work in the cable industry at Cablelabs in Louisville, a cable
industry R&D consortium as a senior software engineer.
George Watson
George is the co-founder and managing director of MRIC. He has been actively involved in software and hardware design, implementation, and deployment in a variety of capacities for over 20 years. He has worked in the scientific, engineering and business domains, designing, developing and coordinating the deployment of many systems ranging from small, embedded implementations to large-scale claims processing systems. George has been an independent engineering consultant for seven years, having co-founded and acted as vice president of a successful Boulder consulting firm prior to that.
